Hi, I’m Lauryn — a natural light photographer with fifteen years of experience and a deep love for nature, connection, and storytelling. Drawn by the quiet pull of the mountains and the promise of more sunshine, my husband and I made our way from Southeast Michigan to the Upstate of South Carolina in 2024, where we’re now raising our two wild-hearted boys.
My sessions are slow and natural, usually outdoors and guided by light, movement, and connection. I’ll gently direct when needed, but mostly I’m there to notice the good stuff — the in-between moments, the quiet gestures, wind-tossed hair, and golden light. For me, photography isn’t about perfect poses — it’s about telling a story that feels honest. One you’ll return to years from now and remember not just how it looked, but how it felt.
